- Organizations は一括請求、Allocation Tags は帰属、Compute Optimizer は Spec、Trusted Advisor は幅広い Best Practice を扱います。
- Basic に Technical Case の応答 SLA はなく、Enterprise の識別語は指定 TAM です。
- Marketplace は第三者製品、APN は Partner です。
注意点
Support の応答時間は初回応答目標で、解決保証ではありません。VPC Endpoint は種類により課金が異なり、Pay as you go でも Idle Resource、Log、Snapshot、Data Transfer は有料です。
